Premiere hanging when i adjust clip length

hi there everyone.

 

i'm not sure if encountering seem have issue adjusting length of clips. problem when adjust clip length, these supposed these 2 windows pop in program window. happens me see window shortened clip , black screen on right. , happens everytime adjust length of clip stop. maddeningly disruptive when editing long sequences/trimming shorter ones. here's unlisted youtube link of problem. shows i'm doing , how replicate problem.

i've eliminated few basic possibilities. thought slow hard disk @ fault or wd blacks slowing down. moved whole project wd velociraptor drive. same problem. thought gpu issue. reinstalled drivers etc etc. thought maybe premiere pro didn't way panasonic encodes avchd. happened on sony a7s footage , canon 5dmk3 footage well. it's tiring have wait whole minute after adjusting length of clip , having wait entire minute ppro become responsive again. reinstalled pc windows 10, office , cc 2015 , still gives same problem.

 

is there way can disable 2 window thing or there remedy around this?  can guys please?

under sequence wrench, uncheck composite preview during trim.
