Problem: Red Rocket X greyed out in Premiere CC 2015 Source Settings

hello, i'm working in premiere cc2015 project created red raw files. tried enable red rocket-x card in red source settings greyed out. if create new project , import red file have use of red rocket-x card, know card work in premiere. can tell me causing issue of red rocket card greyed out in co-worker's project?

i take project source settings greyed out, import files again media browser, right click 'new import file' in project bin, hold selection , press alt key (windows) , drag timeline 'replace'.

 

if source settings greyed out (maybe selected , deleted), re-import , replace source settings editable again.

 

start 1 file , see if method works

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
