Sync not working both ways

i both have lightroom desktop , mobile , syncing between 2 working fine until recent update.

both mobile , desktop says syncing not see collections been synced on 2 plat forms. can help?

  • could please check whether collections syncing in lightroom.adobe.com
  • sign out of lightroom mobile computer , mobile
  • then rename sync.lrdata folder to sync.lrdata.old

you can find sync.lrdata file here:

on mac it's at      /users//library/caches/adobe/lightroom/sync data/sync.lrdata

on windows pc at       c:\users\\appdata\local\adobe\lightroom\caches\sync data\sync.lrdata

once done restart lightroom should try reconcile local synced data , cloud synced data.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
