Acrobat 9 Pro - Working fine until sudden License problem today ???


my daughter has been using adobe cs4 premium including acrobat 9 pro until today on notebook. worked mac os 10.10. , 10.11.1 without restrictions. regular updates worked fine.

today starting again , getting following message confusing ... "the license product doesn't work anymore".

neither in adobeid-account nor in adobe cs4 or acrobat listed product?

it not first time having licensing problems. years ago there problem , got new serialno.

we tried on desktop (without internet connection, macos 10.11.1) - works fine.

 

what's solution adobe?
