Hot Spot question slide

i'm using captivate 9 , hot spot question has 2 hot spots : yes or no. how ensure user click on either yes or no, not both. defeats purpose of question when there animations stuck both hotspots , can't remove them.

please help:)

you'll need custom hotspot question slide, not default limited. never use myself. there not use case described in article, may offer ideas anyhow:

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
