How to remove track changes?

i trying combine 3 ms word files in one.  having huge problem second file. have used track changes revise , after accepting/ rejecting changes, file appears read without crossed out words or words in red.

 

what not understand how solve problem: though file appears in great shape, once drag adobe box conversion, can see changes in red.  thought ms word issue, , looked it. followed instructions, problem keeps reappearing.  not mater if use ms word document or pdf version.

 

if have solution, please let me know.

use pdfmaker plugin in word convert file, not dragging it

into acrobat.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
