PE 13: Right clicking in narration and music tracks does not work. It does work in other tracks.

i finished project, when rendered play on computer. rendering successful, after when tried right click narration , music tracks make adjustments, unable to. no context menu comes up. able on other tracks.

 

an suggestions appreciated.

what computer operating system?

 

what workspace in....premiere elements 13 expert or quick workspace?

 

what specific command(s) need narration track , soundtrack?

 

save close project....then

 

assuming windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64 bit, please try deleting adobe premiere elements prefs file found

roaming

and in 13.0 folder adobe premiere elements prefs file delete. sure working folder option show hidden files, folders, , drives enabled can see complete path cited.

 

reopen project , determine if adobe premiere elements prefs file had impact on issue.

 

assuming problem specific 1 project, might possible @ adjustments using different route - menus @ top of expert workspace?.

 

please review, consider, , supply more details. can decide next.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
