Problem with submitting forms on tablet and phone

hi have created website using desktop, tablet , phone designs. problem form on desktop works tablet , phone version not send data email. not submit forms. have tried new forms scratch on both tablet , phone sites still not submitting form said email desktop site submits too. please can shed light on client not happy. www.badabingedinburgh.com  many avril

- double check "e-mail to" field in form on phone layout make sure correct email address entered field.

- if email correct , need send php files contact forms investigation.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
