Transparent layers are displayed in black

when open transparent png see transparent areas in black.

even if open new file transparent background-color see black square.

 

what tried:

- checked preferences / transparence- , color-warning --> looks good.

- checked channel panel --> channels activated display.

- reset preferences -> strange behavior remains.

- changed mode 32bit/channel -> layers displayed transparent now, cannot use other functions anymore 32bit-image...

 

anyone can me, please?

 

(i use photoshop in cs6 design standard on windows 7)

note - make sure have of presets , plugins.

 

  • try this.
  • for windows
    • hold windows key + r @ same time
    • type appdata, click ok
    • now go location - c:\users\rpandita\appdata\roaming\adobe\adobe photoshop cs6
    • you see folder named adobe photoshop cs6 settings
    • move folder on desktop.
    • now open ps , check if working fine.
  • for mac
    • open finder
    • click on go - go folder
    • type ~/library
    • now navigate folder preferences - adobe ps cs6 settings , move desktop.
    • now open ps , check it.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
