Having upgraded from Photoshop Elements 6 to 14, where are the burn and dodge tools?

having upgraded photoshop elements 6 14, burn , dodge tools?

the dodge, burn , sponge tools nested together. choose whichever 1 showing in tools pallet on left , select tool need tool options bar @ bottom - see image.
