invalid serial number

keep getting invalid serial number when installing though using serial number customer support emailed me.

try uninstalling program using adobe uninstall tool. acrobat download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs    

for creative suites use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems    

then reinstalling using serial number. there remnants of old program left screw new install.

let know happens.
