missing plugins on update - SOLUTION!

updated 2015; reinstalled sapphire, universe, mb , film impact plugins; loaded not "seen" premiere. solution:

     1. move unseen plugin folders programfiles/adobe/common/plugins/7.0/mediacore desktop

     2. open premiere, holding shift key until welcome screen pops up

     3. close premiere

     4. move folders programfiles/adobe/common/plugins/7.0/mediacore

     5. open premiere (not holding shift key)

 

also answer folder users/'name"/appdata/roaming/adobe/premiere pro points in order load plugins 9.0 - not 7.0!

i fooled of yesterday, did lot of research , testing - @ 1 point had 6.0, 8.0 , 9.0 folder in directory.

so answered question posted earlier , amend now.

 

now hoping actual editing can move forward.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
