MXF files repeating on importing...?

i'm working mxf files.  4 files shot in sequence, each 5 minutes, 2.05gb each.  when try import 4 files, first of these files 4 times, not full 20 min sequence.  suggestions?

would nice have idea of you're working on gear , experience level ... oh well.

in importing, presume know navigate media's folder on disc via media browser panel bottom left, select 1 or more files, right-click on 'em , select "import", project panel (also lower left corner) , start placing files in source monitor or directly onto timeline there?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
