Premier Pro CC won't launch

premier pro cc (2015) won't launch. splash screen appears , stops when "loading importerquicktime.prm" displayed.

 

premier pro cs6 runs ok won't close (see note below).

premier pro cc (2014) runs ok won't close (see note below).

 

photoshop cc (2015) runs ok , closes ok.

 

i have unintalled , re-installed premier pro cc (2015).

 

note: neither premier pro cs6 nor premier pro cc (2014) close using either close button (the x in upper right hand corner) or file > exit.

i have use task manager close either program.

 

dell xps 8500

i7

12.0 gb ram

windows 10 pro, 10.0.10240 build 10240

nvidia geforce gt 640 current driver

can try switching standard vga graphics adapter , check if problem persists?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
