SHOCKWAVE crash NFL Sunday Ticket

shockwave crashes in safari , chrome. fixes suggested online don't work. there 1 flash player installed. both browsers , adobe recent versions. when log sunday ticket viewer online, says shockwave crash. want reload. see below in chrome. tried removing , uninstalling , re-downloading each piece of software. nothing works. in safari, won't load video. have answers or suggestions, grateful since adobe doesn't seem interested in helping me figure out. sent me here. btw, worked until today. on mac obviously.

i'm having exact same problem...on mac , pc. in fact, way can watch games on phone (via nfl sunday ticket app). directv aware of problem, , working fix it...according them. don't seem have solution yet. (i tried logging in today...it still crashing.)
