Updates to Elements 13

about 2 weeks ago started receiving notifications of updates elements 13. gave options download or after closing elements. have tried both ways numerous times. each time computer wants know if allow adobe modify computer settings , have clicked "yes." yet, downloads appear not have taken effect, because keep receiving notifications.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
