Why does my imported audio file have 2x the speed when I playback?

hi there,

 

first off all. i'm noob ;-)

 

when import audio file, audio plays faster should?

what doring wrong? have looked everywhere , found lot of sycn issues not case here.

 

can put me in right direction, thanks

let me assume,,, premiere cc 2015.0.2

go premiere preferences> audio hardware

whether windows audio hardware device class mme or mac audio hardware core audio,

some shutting off default input , choosing - none

some linking input sound card

i matching sample rate - being media audio frequency matches hardware supported input , output audio frequency

 

look audio hardware settings , audio hardware

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
