Download of Photoshop CS6

i canceled photoshop cc earlier year because wasnt using cc version anymore, subscription didn't make sense, , decided stick desktop version.  today, while cleaning out hard drive space deleted photoshop cc.  have no photoshop @ on laptop, lightroom.  have serial numbers both photoshop , lightroom.  i'm looking install desktop version of photoshop on laptop.  version need in order please?  see available downloads photoshop cc don't want monthly subscription again.  desktop version still available download?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
