I am editing a music video-using Premier elements 11- It was working grat and then suddenly as soon as I opened it and TRIED to edit I keep getting an error message that elements 11 had stopped working over and over again- I am so close to being done with

what computer operating system involved? date video card/graphics card driver version operating system updates?

 

what size of project when problem first appeared?

 

are in project long enough determine if have colorful offline media displays thumbnails on timeline or in project assets?

 

what last thing did in project before problem appeared?

 

what properties of timeline content , how complex timeline @ time?

what project preset set match properties of source media?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
