I try to capture a webpage using the Acrobat icon "Convert" but this doesn't work anymore. I receive an error message: "No acces to Acrobat WebCapture. Acrobat is posibly busy or is waiting for input."

please close applications , restart machine. then, please right-click on acrobat icon , choose 'properties > compatibility tab' , uncheck "run program administrator" option.

then try convert web page pdf.
