Protected Mode – Acrobat Reader

if protected mode in acrobat reader dc enabled, pdf-documents can not inserted object in office-products (for example word or excel).

 

for security reasons, protected mode must enabled.

 

which setting options there?

could please let me know whether office application 32-bit or 64-bit.

when try inserting pdf file word/excel document, try choosing "insert > object > create file" option , check if problem persists.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
