When Creative Cloud starts to download it stop


i'm using mac el capitan.  doesn't send message or something, stop , close self.

hi belen,

 

please follow below steps:

 

1- force quit adobe related processes activity monitor (eg- creative cloud, core sync, cc library, adobe desktop services, adobe ipc broker, adobe crash daemon etc.)

2- go to: finder > applications > utilities > adobe installer > uninstall adobe creative cloud ( if having trouble uninstalling trash )

3- go to: finder > applications > utilities > ( delete these 2 folders - adobe creative cloud , adobe application manager )

4- run cleaner tool remove creative cloud , adobe application manager ( if still left in machine )

5- right click on finder icon and  select "go-to" folder option.

6- text box, type-in below command , hit 'return' key.( " not miss ~ symbol " )

~/library ( open user library folder. )

7- navigate application support>adobe> trash oobe folder , aam updater folder well

8- again > right click on finder icon and  select "go-to" folder option.> text box, type-in below command , hit 'return' key./library ( open system library folder.)

9- navigate application support>adobe> trash oobe folder , adobe application manager / after rename file sl-store sl-store_old

10- run adobe cleaner tool. > if present, select option "adobe application manager mac os x 10.6" , click on "clean selected" .

11- click on below link , download creative cloud installer file , use same install creative cloud desktop application.
