When I add a signature and save, the form adds in extra text in Courier font behind the text in the document. How do I fix this?

i working pdf form. can add text in fields , can add signature. after save document signature, bunch of text in courier font appears behind text in document, making unreadable. not happen when save document without signature.

try checking updates , repair reader menu , see if helps.

if not resolve issue, please share sample form me can check @ end.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
