When I open Acrobat DC on MAC OSX 10.10.5 I have blank box with X open up and I can not remove it or select file to open, I have to force quit Acrobat to close it

please follow steps mentioned in knowledgebase article mentioned below:

 

acrobat dc- [mac only] blank screen appears on top of acrobat window , acrobat freezes

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
