Creative Cloud 2014 activation issues

our packaged version of creative cloud 2014 used work fine - is, until last month.

although have 6 valid & activated licenses, users receive error demanding them activate products.what kind of certificate required in order able activate creative cloud 2014 on internet?

 

our users have working internet connection, required ports openend them, , can connect

https://uds.licenses.adobe.com and

https://lm.licenses.adobe.com

 

any thoughts?

we have been able fix issue; appeared had installed our company root certificate @ machine level should have been @ user level.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
