key access

after effects fails open because of keyaccess (ka-120) error. every other adobe program works fine. please help. file type can upload if not pdf or png both files under 2mb....

nobody can tell without proper system info or other technical details, including exact error message, version of ae, language , keyboard settings , on. forum accepts jpgs , pngs, fresh user may not allowed and/or posts stuck in moderation.
