Failed to install update

the latest update premiere pro cc (2015) repeatably fails install, after fresh restart:

 

error: ds015: unable read symlink target of source file "/applications/adobe premiere pro cc 2015/adobe premiere pro cc 2015.app/contents/plug-ins/common/surcodeac3encode.bundle/contents/coderesources"(seq 3)

 

any suggestions? else had this? premiere pro cc (2015) otherwise working normally.

 

os x 10.10.5, imac (27-inch, mid 2011), 3.4ghz intel core i7, 24gb ram, amd radeon hd 6970m 2gb.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
