I just bought Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition and the payment was succeeded, but it seems that I can only download a free trial?

i bought creative cloud student , teacher edition , payment succeeded, seems can download free trial application?

and i've checked faqs, says "no serial number needed membership or subscription products such creative cloud - student , teacher plan. sign in adobe id activate membership."

however when tried sign in id on adobe application manager, says cannot find order, , suggest me buy one.

i wonder how can work through this?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
