I'm using PE 13, what are the best settings for viewing a slide show on a TV

i'm assembling slide show of cartoons viewing on tv.   images color jpegs.   primary settings work best project when comes watching slide show of images on hd tv?   know how change properties project i'm not sure of formats , options work best turning slide show video clip.

premiere elements 13 on computer operating system? have updates 13 13.1 using opened project's menu/updates?

 

to immediate question...assuming have ntsc setup....

 

1. pixel dimensions of jpegs , how many of them there? depending on computer resources, how many jpegs, , pixel dimensions, try use 1920 x 1080 jpegs , premiere elements 13/13.1 project preset = ntsc/dslr/1080p/dslr 1080p30.

 

2. type of player hd tv have?

(a) if dvd player, destination publish+share/disc/dvd disc preset = ntsc_widescreen_dolby dvd. video stretched display 872 x 480 after encoding.

(b) if blu-ray player, publish+share/disc/avchd disc (which dvd disc)...can 1920 x 1080 @ 23.94 progressive frames per second (h.264 1920 x 1080p ntsc dolby)

(c) if blu-ray player, publish+share/disc/blu-ray disc...can 1920 x 1080 @ 23.94 progressive frames per second (h.264 1920 x 1080p ntsc dolby).

 

i have assumed wanted disc product? if hd tv player supports other media video file, formats on media support?

with information, suggest publish+share/computer/ specifics export file.
