Logo color changes to lighter colors when converting to RGB to CMYK, how to avoid it?

software being used: adobe illustrator cc

 

i have logo file in rgb (currently not have cmyk color mode).

and need change cmyk, when change going file > document color mode > cmyk, logo color changes lighter color.

how change cmyk retaining same color?

 

am doing pantone color out of cmyk color. getting pantone color rgb logo color becomes darker. looking solution on soon, thank you.

for large range of rgb colours, impossible same colur in cmyk mode, bright/vibrant colours.

 

you may wish use pantone colour book , choose pantone colour(s) directly that.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
