manifest.xml issues

hi,

 

i use photoshop cc 2015 , extension manager cc. try install beauty retouching panel 3.0.1 not work because of error message manifest.xml not correct. reinstalling new version of extension manager doesn't help. idea?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
