Trying load my Master Collection CS5 upgrade to Master Collection CS3 on new (10/28/15) IMAC 27" w 5K retina display. Got CS3 to load but system won't accept my CS Master Collection Serial number. It want's individual product numbers that I don't have and

trying load master collection cs5 upgrade master collection cs3 on new (10/28/15) imac 27" w 5k retina display. got cs3 load system won't accept cs3 (full) master collection serial number. want's individual product numbers don't have , don't think ever got collection. ideas accept master collection s/n products? or, how find original individual product s/ns? hope can load cs5 master collection , work. also, way unlock key full cs5 products know on cs5 master collection cds. eliminate pain of loading cds move new computer? thanks.
