Account issues.
i have both mac , pc , i've been trying use cc products on both devices saying don't have subscription, , pay for. how fix allows me use more free trial?
does cloud subscription show on account page?
if have more 1 email, sure using correct adobe id?

cloud programs not use serial numbers... log in paid cloud account download & install & activate... may need log out of cloud , restart computer , log in cloud things work
