Conversion failure

- getting regular conversion failures attempting convert word doc of 80 megs (with jpg photos in it) pdf. please advise. kathy.

may know application using convert word document pdf? let know version of ms office , os?

you can try following:

1. if office version 2007 or above

go file (or home) > save as

from drop down select pdf , save it

2. if have acrobat ribbon in word application

go acrobat ribbon (must last option @ top word application tools home, insert, etc.)

click on preferences

uncheck option enable accessibility , reflow tagged adobe pdf

click ok

then click on create pdf button under ribbon

3.use adobe pdf printer

from word application, go file > print

select adobe pdf printer printer list

click print
