i have used acrobat convert pdf credit card bill online excel document able copy entries spreadsheet.  have been doing time tried months bill , not convert of data (numbers) workbook.  first time didn't work.  using microsoft platform.

could please explain workflow,how trying convert pdf excel?

also ,try converting other pdf , check outcome.

what pdf service have subscribed for?export pdf or adobe pdf pack.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
