When Solid Edge creates a pdf, the scale is lost. Also true when converting to Dxf.

i thought adobe supposed create data exchange standards end of 2015? when drawing created in cad package, thought real world coordinates supposed transferred in data table, or, @ least, drawing scale. why can't adobe certify cad company make data exchange compliant? seem if information required reproduce drawing in real world coordinates not there, or, information leading reproducing real world coordinates through use of scale (1:2, etc.), adobe should not grant use of name.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
