Can't do any imports with Lightroom CC

everything fine until recent update of lightroom, had couple of issues importing managed fine. today have been trying import latest work, (one being wedding , other toddlers growing process) can't work, when click import nothing happens. says lightroom has stopped working. there can solve issue? concerned in middle of wedding project due handed in on tuesday , worried there more issues happening. not time me start getting issues.
please if can need it. sorry sounding desperate am.
information of version , machine listed below, has not been issue in past 8 months sure not issue.

well guess best way find problem moan it. apparently issue behind importing files because phone plugged computer. became charged took out , thought try lightroom once more , worked, plugged phone in , tried froze.. tried after taking phone out , works fine.
