Captivate 9 audio stuttering when I save as video (*mp4)

i record software simulation in captivate save *mp4 may bring presenter 11 , incorporate powerpoint-based lesson.

 

my problem mp4 video has horrible stuttering , unusable in presenter lesson.  audio not have problem when viewed in captivate.

 

what settings, steps can take software simulation video usable?

 

new computer... need more computing power?

it system isn't powerful enough decode video.  try getting colleague or friend better computer play video , see if works better.

 

your issue connected needing update video driver software.  see you've updated windows 10.  perhaps need check lenovo see if have recommended drivers win10 model.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
