Hi, I have a Lightroom 5 on PC. I read this encountered an error while reading from the cache Memoir and must leave the preview. I put off many time my computer et try many time to open lightroom. But not success!

i put off many time computer et try open many time lightroom, not success.

delete cache.

 

go operating system, find folder contains lightroom catalog file (names ends .lrcat) , in folder, there subfolder name ends previews.lrdata.

 

delete subolder name ends previews.lrdata. not delete else.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
