How do I create a rich content pdf from Illustrator?

i have created booklet in illustrator , need rich content version.  know 'the rich content pdf preset' can made available if imported 'extras' folder.  however, not appear have 'extras' folder.  therefore tried saving .ps of use distiller create rich content pdf.  however, still have same issue not having rich content option.

firstly, accepting booklet has been created in illustrator, process above best way go creating pdf document has selectable text, hyperlinks etc (i take in acrobat pro dc finish job)? 

secondly, how rich content option available in distiller pdf presets options?

 

or how create rich content pdf illustrator? (surely there must way?)

 

help!

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
