Hyperlink in InDesign & Losing It Once I Export

i creating hyperlink website in indesign cc , once export jpg or pdf it's not clickable link. ideas on issue be?

jpeg doesn't support clickable links.

 

for export of hyperlinks pdf, you'd have tell how exported pdf (interactive? print?) , settings used. also, pdf reader using test link? latest version of indesign cc (or earlier)? computer platform?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
