Premiere Pro CC 2015 Black Screen with Audio and No Video!

this problem started few days ago , angry.

 

all of sudden, of projects have been playing file types perfect audio no video. black screen. same photos too. i'm running asus q551ln-bbi706 laptop intel i7 , nvidia 840m.

 

i've tried all: turning avi files mp4, mov, h.264 , still nothing works!

here's looks like. i've tried every single sequence setting there , still nothing!

 

please help! thanks!

1st question... did update "a few days ago" cause... windows update or premiere pro update or ???

 

2nd... 100% sure laptop has 1 graphic adapter, nvidia?

 

go windows control panel , select hardware , sound , select device manager... in device manager click + sign left of display adapters... , see if 2 listed

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
