How do I prevent illustrator from chrashing all the time

i got new main board installed. next time illustrator cs6 started trial version. adobe support me need reinstall. did. illustrator chrashes time routine actions, such choosing color. reproducible , super annoying.

you try reinstall using full 3 step way (otherwise strange things may linger):

 

1) uninstall (ticking box delete preferences),

2) run cleaner tool, see link below,

3) reinstall.

the cleaner tool works versions cs3 on (you can see @ top of page).

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
