How does my system not meet the requirements to download PS CC?

i prepaid $119usd use photoshop have many clients depending on work. try download onto desktop , says sytem doesnt meet requirements. looked system requirements , looks matches me! missing??

my mac laptop aspects: processor 2 ghz intel core 2 duo, memory 3gb 1067 mhz ddr3, software  mac os x lion 10.7.5 (11g63)

you need minimum mac os x v10.9, v10.10 (64-bit), or v10.11 (64-bit) adobe photoshop cc 2015.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
