Lightroom 4 Install Error 1935

last week laptop crashed , had reset - lost of programs. re-installed cs6 suite without incident installing lightroom 4 disc has proven difficult.

 

after completing installation computer had error. didn't record error name mentioned possibly cd problems. after multiple attempts gave me new error:

 


error 1935: error occurred during installation of assembly component. {c627d078-3888-3f63-bd91-ae9be030dd2a}, hresult: 0x800736cc

 

how lightroom 4 on laptop? there way can try downloading product adobe instead of using cd? error?


any appreciated. told chat need talk forums this...

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
