Omneon video servers can not play files exported from Premiere Pro CC

hello,

 

we need explain adobe premiere pro cc.

 

omneon video servers of our clients (tv company) can not play files exported adobe premiere pro cc.

these exported files quick time (mov) dv25 pal.

while version cs5.5 , cs6 exports not problem.

 

how our customers?

could use mediainfo open both , bad file , post  screen shots of results.
