There's an error not letting me download the trial for after effects

whenever click on download trial, says there's error , try again later, has been happening me since yesterday.

windows or mac ?


if possible post screenshot of error  .


if tying download website , may try below link download adobe creative cloud app using may install trial version of after effects cc trial .


windows :

click on below link , download creative cloud setup file , use same install creative cloud desktop application.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
