CC will not work past the box where it ask you to allow CC to make changes to the computer.

cc has work me in past, , did lr , ps.  lately ps give me dialog box with:  "could not load fastcore routines modules because not work version of photoshop", happen picture chose in lr edited in ps.  guess both programs might not date. ok, guess go cc app make sure both programs date.  every time click cc app, nothing.  have uninstalled , reinstalled few times.  installer work, see app shield it.  every time click, "do want allow following program make chances computer"  (adobe cc), click yes , nothing happens.  have window 7, 64bit.  adequate memory.  has been working fine long time till now.   , yes, membership in standing.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
