Creative Cloud app won't install

hi,

 

it installed yesterday doesn't show today in applications/creativecloud folder. when try un-install using un-installer app, still in applications/creativ cloud folder, says can't because there apps installed need it. i'm not signed use of them, trying try out typekit.

 

trying install again, fails: creative cloud app shows in top strip (the logo greyed out) nothing happens, no error message, spins endlessly.

 

this on mac os 10.10.4.

if have trouble launching creative cloud desktop application , application shows spinning progress wheel or blank white screen (or otherwise not open), try solutions below in order. if solution works, not need try next solution.

app doesn't open | progress wheel spins continually

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
