How do I start Creative Cloud?

i have had loaded several weeks nothing.  have paid $ 11.00 monthly charge 10 days ago. how delete adobe products? . have several adobe products.  can not delete photoshop cs2 or of other ones may problem. . have  windows 10, z97 chipset , 16 gbs memory.  not computer.

uninstall cc programs , clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

 

restart computer , install cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

 

use desktop app install cc programs.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
